Lauren Ruth Ward, Valley Queen team up at El Rey in December

Lauren Ruth Ward has has announced a hometown show on December 6 at El Rey Theatre.

The retro rocking Baltimore transplant wowed the Girl School festival earlier this year with an incendiary show, and kicked off 2018 with a residency that people still can’t stop buzzing about months later. Ward’s residency back in January proved so popular that it had to move from The Echo to Echoplex to accommodate the massive queues.

Joining Lauren Ruth Ward is Valley Queen. Like Ward, Valley Queen also brings a raw, vintage sound to Los Angeles’ indie scene. They recently rocked the Moroccan Lounge and frontwoman Natalie Carol spoke to Pass the Aux on the eve of the release of their debut album Supergiant. LA-based singer-songwriter Rett Madison will open the show.

Tickets for Lauren Ruth Ward with Valley Queen and Rett Madison at El Rey Theatre on December 6 go on sale Friday, October 5 at 10 AM Pacific Time and are priced at $19.50. Doors for the all ages show open at 8 PM.
