British pop-punk talent YUNGBLUD announces 2022 North American tour with special guests Palaye Royale, Upsahl, pouty face and Charlotte Sands. The “Life On Mars Tour” will launch January 26 in Athens, GA running through March 19 in Phoenix, AZ with a penultimate stop in Los Angeles at Shrine Expo Hall. Yungblud then heads to Europe from April through July for numerous dates as well as his newly-announced July 6 billing at Mad Cool Festival in Madrid.
Though Yungblud performed a last-minute, all ages free show at Whisky A Go-Go in June and his virtual/livestream performance for his “The Weird Time of Life” in December 2020, he has not had a proper Los Angeles since September 2019 at The Fonda Theatre.
In August, Yungblud released a new song, the 90s-infused rock song “Fleabag”, following up last year’s pulsating “Acting Like That” featuring Machine Gun Kelly and Travis Barker. Here’s to hoping more music may soon be on the horizon for Yungblud once the tour hits this side of the Atlantic.
Opening act rockers Palaye Royale just released a new single “Paranoid” earlier this month, following their third studio release The Bastards and a headlining show at Wiltern Theatre.
Fellow opener, pop/rock singer Upsahl released her debut album Lady Jesus earlier this month with accompanying single “Thriving”. We caught her opening up for Olivia O’Brien earlier this year!
Tickets for the general public are available Friday, October 29 at 10am local time. Pre-sale tickets go on sale 10am local time on Tuesday, October 26, Spotify’s pre-sale starts 10am local time on Wednesday, October 27. Tickets for the all-ages Shrine Expo Hall show range from $32.50 – $40.00.
