The Tropicalia 2019 lineup is here — and the Goldenvoice fest is moving to a new location.
Topping this year’s bill are Los Tigres del Norte, Kali Uchis, Caifanes, Chicano Batman, and Cuco. The festival will take place Saturday, November 9 and Sunday, November 10. The festival moves from Long Beach’s Queen Mary Events Park to the Pico Rivera Sports Arena Grounds in Pico Rivera. This is where the Gorillaz Demon Dayz Festival took place last year.
There’s a lot more separation on the bill between the Spanish language acts and the more mainstream acts. A majority of the Spanish language acts are playing the Saturday bill, with acts like Hombres G, Enanitos Verdes, Natalia Lafourcade, Maldita Vecindad, ZOE, and more performing. The Sunday lineup features way more mainstream English-speaking acts like Yellow Days, Wallows, The Drums, FIDLAR, The Marias, Surf Curse, Beach Fossils, Still Woozy, Men I Trust, and more.
