The Tropicalia 2018 lineup is here!
Headlining the second annual Tropicália are Morrissey and Cardi B — quite the lineup diversity at the top. Also surprising given it’s billed as the Tropicalia Music and Taco Festival and Morrissey hates meat more than any living celebrity (to the point he had festivals stop serving meat during his performances).
Now a two-day affair, Tropicália will return to the Queen Mary in Long Beach on Saturday, November 3 and Sunday, November 4. The festival is all ages and gates open at 11 AM.
Other highlights on the bill include Mac DeMarco, Chicano Batman, Mazzy Star (their first California gig in five years), Los Angeles Azules, Toro y Moi, BADBADNOTGOOD, Cuco, Clairo, Yellow Days, Homeshake, Devendra Banhart, The Ronettes, Peach Pit and more. Taco vendors still to be announced.
Passes go on sale Friday, August 10 at 10 AM Pacific Time. Early-bird two-day general admission passes are priced at $199.00. They then go up to $225, and then $250. Two-day VIP passes are priced at an early-bird $300.00 price and then go up from there.
Single-day early-bird general admission passes are priced at $99.00 before going to $125 and then $150. Single-day VIP are priced at $200.00. There are also table and cabana deals.
