Goldenvoice’s NorCal two-day festival Portola returns to San Francisco for a second consecutive year at Pier 80 on Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1. The eclectic, dance-heavy lineup includes a number of dance subgenres including house, nu-disco, hip-hop, funk, alternative R&B, electro-pop, moombahton and dance-pop with headliners Eric Prydz (presents HOLO, a three-dimensional, holographic production) and Skrillex with special guests Chris Lake B2B Armand Van Helden, following up last year’s Flume and The Chemical Brothers. Also on the bill are Polo & Pan, Labrinth, FKJ, Thundercat, the return of pop star Nelly Furtado in the U.S. after many years, Rina Sawayama, Jai Paul, Carl Cox, Underworld, Major Lazer B2B Major League DJZ, Charlotte de Witte, Purple Disco Machine, Bonobo, The Blaze, Masego, Dom Dolla, Basement Jaxx, Hot Chip, Chromeo, Little Dragon, Tokischa, Kenny Beats, Flying Lotus, Little Simz, SBTRKT, Róisín Murphy, Jon Hopkins, Kavinsky, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Pabllo Vittar, Jockstrap and lots more.
