The set times for Treasure Island Music Festival in San Francisco have dropped.
The two-staged festival is awesome in that there is never any overlap between two acts. This means it is feasible to catch every minute of music the festival features during the weekend. You might want to skip certain sets in order to guarantee a good spot for your favorites.
The festival is in its 10th and final year. It is moving to the east side of the island for the first time. The festival is offering a free shuttle service from San Francisco and Oakland. I myself will be taking the free Oakland shuttle there.
The festival features Ice Cube, Sigur Ros, ZHU, Purity Ring, Sylvan Esso, Tycho, Flight Facilities, Glass Animals, Christine and the Queens, and others. Make sure you get there early on Sunday especially for opening sets from Day Wave and HINDS, two awesome lo-fi indie acts that are killer live. Tickets to the festival are still available. General admission two-day passes are $179.50 and single-day passes are priced at $105.00. Check out the set times below and make sure to bring a coat – it’s supposed to be quite chilly this weekend.
