Indie folk band The Head And The Heart played to a full house at the Greek Theatre on tour for their fifth album, Every Shade of Blue. This was the band’s first ticketed show in Los Angeles in more than three years since the band played The Belasco in March 2019 — and you could tell the crowd was super excited.
The crowd loved Dawes, the opening band, listening intently as they played through their entire new album and brought out some members of THATH for their final song.
A lovely evening breeze as The Head And The Heart took the stage added to the magic and timelessness of their songs. Excitement could be felt in the air and seen in everyone’s expressions throughout the night as THATH performed new music from Every Shade of Blue as well as many of their well-loved classics. The band’s warm, genuine, excited energy made the night feel like a family reunion of sorts. Everyone in attendance left feeling more energized, calm, and whole. The Every Shade of Blue tour continues through October and this is not a show you want to miss!
