Play Like a Girl LA is celebrating their one-year anniversary this month with an epic bill that will take place across both The Echo and the Echoplex!
Headlined by L.A. favorites of ours Kitten, the show takes place Saturday, May 27. Other acts on the bill include Smoke Season, Sisu, Blimes Brixton, Hewan, The Bedroom Witch, Stars at Night, Twin Temple, Spare Parts for Broken Hearts, Iress, and Night Talks, as well as DJ sets from Vowws, Kera and the Lesbians, HONEY POWER, and Smash Club.
Play Like a Girl have been throwing monthly showcases at the Echo for the past year, and the show-throwing feminist collective have done a killer job at representing all-female and non-binary fronted lineups ever since. Also special to this event will be Super Deluxe, who will bring in games, VR experiences, and interactive experiences.
Tickets to the Play Like a Girl anniversary show are priced at $13.50. The show begins at 3:30 PM and will take place at both The Echo and downstairs at The Echoplex.
