Some of us were shocked at Cigarettes After Sex being left off the Coachella 2018 lineup, but now we know why! The Brooklyn-based shoegazey dream pop band is playing Los Angeles after both festival weekends are in the books!
The band released their self-titled debut album last year to much fanfare. “Apocalypse” has been in regular rotation on alt-rock radio since it dropped thanks to lead singer Greg Gonzalez’s swoon-heavy vocals.
The band will make a stop at the Fonda Theatre on Saturday, April 28 and tickets are priced at $28.00 and on sale now. The show starts at 9 PM. The band had a couple of well-received shows at the Teragram Ballroom last year and have moved onto the roomier Hollywood venue as a result.
