The 70’s Soul Jam Tour goes back over 20 years and this time in addition to the Stylistics who founded the tour, there was Peaches and Herb who opened the show followed by The Delfonics, The Manhattans, and The Legendary Blue Notes before the Stylistics closed out the show. The 70’s Soul Jam stopped at the YouTube Theater in Inglewood,CA July 7th. The first four sets were around 15 minutes in length and with the headline set lasting an hour. Good Times actor Jimmie JJ Walker hosted once again. The show was full of classics like “Shake Your Groove Thing,” “Reunited,” “Didn’t I (Blow Your Mind This Time),” “La-La Means I Love You,” “Kiss and Say Goodbye,” “Shining Star,” “If You Don’t Know Me By Now,” “I Miss You,” “I’m Stone in Love With You,” and “You Make Me Feel Brand New.”
